The English Works Online Argument Techniques program was perfected during our Zoom classes in 2020/2021 (Term 1). This program provides an up-to-date, easier,  smarter and more effective approach to Arguments and Persuasive Techniques.  (PDF File 55 pages)  (978-0-6488843-5-4)

It consists of a main opinion piece: Josh Franke is a 62-year-old ice addict who argues for reform of drug-related laws. There is one image, and 18 comments (attacking or defending Josh Franke) — all of which showcase a range of persuasive techniques.

This Argument Techniques Program equips students with the appropriate meta-linguistic tools to evaluate an argument.
