Using the ideas expressed in To Kill a Mockingbird regarding courage, please write your own small creative sketch. You can use the similar story line: a visit to a sick person. What is their message?
- Courage is not about a man with a gun which offers an unfair physical advantage. (Atticus)
- Courage is about moral strength; the determination to face obstacles/ adversity – to deal with failure and disappointments
- Courage is to overcome anger/resentment and show forgiveness (The knife victim)
