You must use your metalanguage wisely which you have been studying now for two years.
Some critical areas for revision are “social purpose” which is a key to all the three sections in the exam as is register and a knowledge of the features of Standard Australian English and non-standard Australian English and the role they both play in building solidarity and (national) identity.
It’s not too late to become a member. I have a wealth of current examples for you to explore (with metalinguistic evaluations), plus essay plans and full-length commentaries on all the VCAA past exam papers.
